Hard times have hit home. Due to recent cutbacks within the US Postal System I lost my San Francisco Run. Unfortunately I had just purchased a 2008 KZ New Vision Sportster Toy Hauler. Had made one payment & upon returning from my turkey hunting trip to SC found out I was out of a run. So now I am in desperate need of a Refinance on my home. I have a few glitches on my credit report, two of which I am working to have removed. However it does not help my present situation, and leaves me with a credit score which is less than desirable. 575 to be exact. I can present a copy of my credit report to anyone interested in taking a chance on this old truck driver. I have already gained employment with a large trucking company hauling locally out of a food distribution center near home. Since I am new on the job, this also adversely affects my chances on a traditional mortgage refinance from the more traditional lending institutions. My total debt is around 85,000 with the RV included, and my home is a single family dwelling, with a brand new 4" well. Upon returning from my last trip out I found the recent drought had done in my water supply. When it rains it pours. Just wish some of that NE rain had come our way. My home should appraise somewhere around $106000 to $110,000.

This home sits on 2.7 acres and is 1800 sq feet under roof. 800 is finished w 400sq feet of deck off the side and a deck going to an above ground swimming pool. Gravel drive into the property, which is shaded by many oak trees. There is a large log cabin type playhouse for the kids. There is also a 12 x30 carport off the front. Property has well & septic. Home has hardwood floors w knotty pine tongue & groove ceiling. Maple cabinets w tile counter-tops. Property backs up to approximately 300,000 acres of National Forest. I am looking to get a refinance at 5% which is 2 points below the present 7% fixed interest rate.
